  5. Next add the flour, soda, and salt; mix until fully combined.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips; you can do this by hand or just slightly with your mixer.
  7. Place half of the cookie dough into the bottom of the baking pan and bake for 8-10 minutes.

  1. While the dough is baking, place the caramels and evaporated milk into a micro wave safe bowl.
