1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
8 oz container mascarpone cheese, room temperature
⅓ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups cold espresso
1 package ladyfingers
Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
1️⃣ Beat heavy whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold in mascarpone cheese. 🥄
2️⃣ Dip ladyfingers quickly in espresso and layer in an 8×8 inch pan. ☕️
3️⃣ Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. 🍰
4️⃣ Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture. 🥄
5️⃣ Dust with cocoa powder. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight. ❄️🍫
