Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs are bite-sized snacks that combine the savory flavors of gooey mozzarella cheese encased in soft, buttery biscuit dough.   • 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 8 small cubes of mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the biscuit dough into 8 biscuits and flatten each slightly.
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit, wrap the dough around the cheese, and seal tightly.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and salt.
  5. Dip each stuffed biscuit into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring an even coat.
  6. Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before garnishing with parsley, if using. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
