- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Form into 4-6 patties.
- Brown patties in a skillet over medium heat, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions until soft. Sprinkle flour over onions, cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme. Bring to a simmer.
