Ingredients
5 eggs
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
8 fully cooked breakfast sausage links
4 slices cheddar cheese (sandwich-size)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 🔥
2️⃣ Prepare the eggs: In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the beaten egg for brushing on top of the crescent rolls. Scramble the remaining eggs in a pan. 🍳
3️⃣ Assemble the roll-ups: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a work surface and separate it into 8 triangles.
Cut each slice of cheddar cheese in half and place one half on each triangle.
Top each triangle with a spoonful of scrambled eggs and one sausage link. 🌭🧀
4️⃣ Roll and bake: Loosely roll up the triangles, starting from the wide end. Place them on an ungreased baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the crescents with the reserved beaten egg and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. 🥐
