  • 12 cups of cooked, chopped turkey
  • 1 whisked egg
  • 1 cup of prepared turkey gravy (for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin pan to prevent sticking.
  • Mix the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the stuffing, chopped turkey, and whisked egg. Mix thoroughly to ensure the egg is evenly distributed, binding the ingredients together.
  • Shape the muffins: Spoon the mixture into the greased muffin pan, pressing firmly to compact it. Fill each cup about three-quarters full, ensuring uniform size.
  • Bake the muffins: Place the muffin pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and cooked through. The tops should be slightly crispy, and the muffins should pull away from the sides of the pan.
